Team Notifications

Team notifications cover workspace membership changes.

Implemented emitters:

member.invited
member.joined
member.role_changed
member.removed

Owners/admins receive workspace-level updates. Affected users receive direct notifications for role changes and removals when their email maps to an app user row.

Invitation emails remain owned by Better Auth's invitation email flow; the notification system does not replace that transactional email.

Email Notifications

Notification preferences include an email channel and notification rows store an emailDelivery state. The starter does not send notification emails automatically.

Security Notifications

Security notification event types are registered but intentionally conservative.
